Not only is this gorgeous-lookin’ meal jam packed with beauty and health boosting healthy fats and antioxidants galore, it’s also delish and makes for easy meal prepping! The honey citrus dressing works amazingly with the flavors of the grapes, kale and quinoa! On Wednesdays we wear pink (yes I realize it’s Thursday 🤷🏼♀️) and on weekends after Valentine’s day we eat Pink Pancakes!
